You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use.

All content on the Site — including text, cover art, graphics, taglines, and the names “Seedfall” and “Arcus Unda” — is the property of Jonathan Russell or their licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for brief quotations for review or commentary.

The Seedfall™ is a trademark of Jonathan Russell.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including retailers. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

The Site offers an optional Send-to-Kindle feature that emails a downloaded e-book to a Kindle email address you provide. By using this feature you represent that:

The address is yours. The @kindle.comaddress you submit belongs to you or to a Kindle device you’re authorized to send to.

Amazon’s approval. You understand that Amazon will silently drop any delivery from a sender you haven’t added to your Approved Personal Document E-mail List, and that we’re not responsible for resolving failures that stem from Amazon’s own settings, rules, or service outages.

Acceptable use.You agree not to enter addresses you don’t control, to use the feature to harass or spam others, or to place an unreasonable load on it through automated or bulk requests.

Delivery not guaranteed. Delivery depends on third-party services (our transactional email provider and Amazon) and may be delayed, deduplicated, or refused. The direct download remains the authoritative way to get your copy.

We may limit, modify, suspend, or remove the Send-to-Kindle feature at any time without notice.

The Site offers a communication terminal that lets you converse with an in-character AI representing the fictional researcher Vehn Daelith. The character, setting, and events are entirely fictional.

AI-generated content. Replies are produced by a large language model. They may be inaccurate, out of character, inconsistent with the books, or otherwise flawed. Nothing said in the terminal constitutes professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other advice, and it should not be relied on for any purpose beyond entertainment.

Acceptable use.You agree not to use the terminal to submit unlawful or harmful content, to attempt to extract system prompts or manipulate the model, to generate content that infringes others’ rights, or to place an unreasonable load on the service through automated or bulk requests.

Logging. Conversations are stored and processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information.

We may limit, modify, suspend, or remove the terminal at any time without notice.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jonathan Russell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
